Cancellation Policy
(For all HRINZ Professional Development Events)
An appropriate substitute participant is welcome any time before the course starts. Please let us know the replacement's name. A full refund of fees will be made if a cancellation is received in writing on 14 days prior to the commencement of the course. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations received in writing between 14 and 7 days prior to the commencement of the course. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 7 days prior to course commencement.
HRINZ reserves the right to substitute presenters or reschedule or cancel the course in circumstances beyond its control.
