registration information

Registration fees are as follows:

(note: ‘Member’ refers to individual membership – HRINZ does not offer corporate membership. Members of NZATD may also register at the HRINZ members rate, subject to validation of your membership by NZATD).

Early Bird Registrations received on or before 30/7/2004

Member $995 + gst
Non-member $1,245 + gst

Non Early Bird Registrations received after 30/7/2004

Member $1,195 + gst
Non-member $1,445 + gst

Additional tickets are available for purchase for the welcome reception and the dinner, please indicate that you require additional tickets on your registration form, or contact the conference organisers.

Registration fees include all conference sessions including Wednesday Fringe sessions, Wednesday evening welcome reception, Thursday networking, Thursday Ultimate Dinner and Party, Friday breakfast, all lunches and coffee breaks.

Registrations must be received by Wednesday 1 September 2004 at the latest. After this date, please contact the conference organiser.

Accommodation

Accommodation information is available on the registration form, and online bookings can be made, on a "first come first served" basis.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend and written notification is received by Clockwork on or prior to 20th August a refund of registration fees less a cancellation fee of $50 + GST will be issued. After 20th August, no refunds will be issued. Delegate substitutions are permitted up to and including the day prior to the conference commencement. Please update your registration details online with any such amendments. Please note by registering you are deemed to agree to these terms and conditions.

Payment

Payment can be made online using a credit card or you may choose to re-enter the site after registration to download an invoice for payment purposes.
